I'm Pasha Darvishian, founder and managing partner of The Darvishian Group. I'm a 2003 graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with a degree in Business and an emphasis in Finance — and I've spent the twenty-plus years since in the trenches of Southern California commercial real estate. Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, repositioning, 1031 exchanges. Retail, office, and industrial.
